Here is Fine Artist Stephen Hackley at one of his Fine Outdoor Art Shows. He has several of his new pieces behind him. in the picture above.  The picture below of course displays ,"Praise and Splendor." These two awarded him one of the top Fine Floral Artists in the world by the Susan Kathleen Black Foundation.
